3-1 [5] Laura Massaro (Eng)  11-7, 15-17, 11-4, 11-6 (52m)

的 was happy to play Laura, I wanted to give her something to remember me by. It痴 the last two tournaments for her and I have always looked up to her. I壇 love to work with her one day, she is the most professional on tour, I wish I could have half of her career.

的 am very happy with my performance, Laura is retiring but you can see that she is still fighting. I知 very happy with my performance today and I知 looking forward to tomorrow.

的 wanted to step it up the third. I was hoping that Laura would be a bit tired from the second game, like I was. Luckily I started well and that gave me a lot of confidence going into the business end of the third and fourth game.

的知 very lucky to have played with Laura here and hopefully she can do well at the British Open, because we池e not playing each other!

Round 2

[4] Nouran Gohar 3-1 Emily Whitlock (Eng) 7-11 11-9 11-5 11-5 (37m)
[7] Alison Waters (Eng) 3-2 Salma Hany  11-6, 11-9, 9-11, 8-11, 11-9 (49m)
[1] Nour El Tayeb 3-0 Coline Aumard (Fra)  11-9, 11-5, 11-8 (35m)

鉄he kept her form from yesterday. I watched her match yesterday and she was playing really well and didn稚 make any wrong choices, she was so accurate as well. Last time we played it was on a fast court, so it suited my game, this time the front wall is a little slower and so it suited her game and I had to adapt to it.

滴er length was immaculate today, usually I知 the one who plays it at the back and hit the ball in the right positions, but she did that today and I had to try and find another solution.

的 really love to play in Egypt, it seems like it痴 my lucky place. The last two months have been good and I知 trying to play well on court and the results will come for sure.

的 thought we were going to a fourth so I decided that I needed to get my head right in the third to get some momentum going into the fourth. Thankfully I was able to close it out, at the point at 8-8 I saw it as good and I know Coline saw it as double, but I would never cheat and I don稚 want her to think that I would.

鉄he has improved so much from the last time we played and I could see that because I致e been following her results recently. She can attack anything that was short and would attack it very well. My plan was always to keep her away from the 禅 area. It was a very hard game and I知 pleased with how I played.

的知 in the state of mind where the seeding is just a number. So many great players are playing in this tournament Laura, Amanda, Joelle all players I致e lost to the last time we played! I知 just happy to be in the quarter-final of another tournament and hopefully, whoever I play I can play well.

 Round 1
Salma Hany
3-2 Hollie Naughton (Can) 9-11, 11-7, 11-9, 5-11, 11-4 (48m)
Coline Aumard (Fra) 3-0 Mayar Hany  11-6, 11-8, 11-7 (34m)

滴ollie has been playing really well and has been pushing all the top players. Today, she really made me work hard.

It was a bit scrappy in the middle, after the fourth I just made sure I stuck to my plan and focused on every point.

The good start in the fifth helped me a lot and I知 really glad I got the win. I love playing the backhand drop shots and the forehand boast - they worked well for me at the critical times today.

We致e had hard battles with Alison in the past and we haven稚 really played in a while, but I知 really looking forward to it.

I love this court and so I知 looking forward to tomorrow.
